HP have been trying to convince a printer I know to get into the photo book market. While I'm sure there are success stories out there- there must be many more examples where the PSP has found out that selling low quantity print B to C is far harder then selling B to B.
Any bad experiences? What can PSP's do to avoid the pitfalls?
