I use forklift for FTP on my mac despite cyberduck being free, the $19.95 its sync feature saves me that in time every day.

Ive tried a few of the big names on & off, and although not an intensive ftp user, this works and works very well for me to manage my Mobileme iDisk account. It looks & feels like a Mac app should, the others are ugly in my opinion. Also like the droplets - a very easy way to upload a file.
