Prize Draw Rules

• 1. The prize draw is open to all Digital Print Republic Members aged 18 years irrespective of location. The draw is not open to employees of Digital Print Republic Limited, their families or anyone associated with this draw.
• 2. No purchase is necessary.
• 3. Winners will be drawn at random on 12th September 2010 for the first prize draw. Winners of runner up prizes will be drawn at the same time. The draw will be made by an independent lawyer. The first prize is an Apple iPAD 16Gb WiFi valued at £429 or cash equivalent. The winner may choose the cash equivalent or in countries were the iPAD is not yet available, the cash will be the only option. The 3 runners up will have a one-time 3 day use of the FileFix software, valued at £49, to be taken at any time during 2010. The prizes are non transferable and the judge's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
• 4. Winners will be informed by email within 7 days of the Draw.
• 5. If a prize is unclaimed after reasonable efforts have been made to contact the winners the promoter will be entitled to dispose of the prize as it sees fit without any liability to the winners for having done so.
• 6. By participating in this prize draw you are deemed to accept these terms and conditions. The entry instructions form part of these terms and conditions.

• 8. Digital Print Republic Ltd reserves the right to disqualify any entrant if it has reasonable grounds to believe the entrant has breached any of the rules.
• 9. In the event that any entrant is disqualified from the Competition, Digital Print Republic Ltd in its sole discretion may decide whether a replacement should be selected. In this event, any further entrant will be selected on the same criteria as the original entrant and will be subject to these rules.
• 10. Competition entries must be made in the manner and by the closing date specified on the Competition Notice. Failure to do so will disqualify the entry.
• 11. Prize winners will be chosen at random, unless specified otherwise in the Competition Notice, from all qualifying Entries within 7 days of the closing date specified in the Competition Notice. In all matters, the decision of the judge(s) shall be final and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into.
• 12. Prizes are awarded at the discretion of Digital Print Republic Ltd and no prizes will be awarded as a result of improper actions by or on behalf of any entrant.
• 13. Digital Print Republic Ltd cannot accept any responsibility for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrant entering the Competition or as a result of accepting any prize. Digital Print Republic Ltd is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any computer on-line systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment or software, failure of any email or entry to be received on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet, telephone lines or at any web site, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to entrant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation in the Competition. Nothing shall exclude Digital Print Republic Ltd's liability for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence.
• 14. The Competition and Rules will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England
